Profile
Mei KODAMA received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D degrees in Communication Engineering from Waseda Unisersity, Japan.
From 1995 to 1998, he was with the Department of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Waseda University, Japan. From 1998 to 2001, he was an Associate Professor with the Center for Technology Research and Development, Hiroshima University, Japan. He has been an Associate Professor in the Information Media Center, Hiroshima University, Japan, since 2001. Currently, he has also been an Accociate Professor at the Graduate School of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Hiroshima University, Japan, since 2006.
His research interests include image and video processing for compression, video communication, media communication services and multimedia applications in communication studies.
