Paper Submission:

- Initial Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit a paper (2-4pages summary) including results, figures and references. Before paper submission, the authors should register their bibliographic information at the following web site.

After the registration, the authors will receive a confirmation mail, which describes the way of paper submission, from IIEEJ office. Then, the authors should submit their papers as PDF through e-mail by following the guidance.

The official language is English, and the first page of the paper should include author name(s), affiliation(s), and a short abstract. The paper submission guide and MS Word format are provided below. The organizing committee particularly encourages graduate students to present their works in the special sessions that are now planned by the committee of the workshop. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact with IIEEJ office (ievc2014@iieej.org).
